PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the touch to the skin and to impart the comfortability of wearing not to damage the skin by laminating a long-fiber nonwoven web not subjected to a heat treatment and a long-fiber nonwoven fabric having partially thermally welded parts in a scattered form and integrating the constituting fibers of the nonwoven web and the thermally welded long fibers by three-dimensional intertwining. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric 1 for a hook-and-loop fastener female material is formed by laminating the long-fiber nonwoven web 2 and the thermally welded long-fiber nonwoven fabric having the partially thermally welded parts in the scattered form and integrating both by the three-dimensional intertwining. Further, the long fibers mainly constituting the nonwoven web 2 form many loops in the surface of the nonwoven fabric 3. Net-like thermally pressed welded parts 5 are formed over the entire surface of the long-fiber nonwoven fabric 3 and the long fiber nonwoven web 2 and the non-thermally press welded parts 6 of the long fiber nonwoven web 2 are substantially not thermally affected. The non-thermally press welded parts 6 and the thermally pressed welded parts 7 have a height difference (h). The constituting fibers of the nonwoven web 2 is free from softening, etc., by heat, is not substantially subjected to the heat treatment and has excellent flexibility.
