PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triangular prism frame type concrete block capable of economically and efficiently constructing a film and stabilized revetment wall equipped with high confluent efficiency to natural environment and a retaining wall and being used also for constructing a fish reef or the like. SOLUTION: A triangular prism frame type concrete block 1 having a lattice combined with a frame material is provided to one or two faces of the peripheral surface, i.e., one or two faces showing a rectangular frame-shape. The surface having the lattice of the block 1 is used as the outside surface and is put side by side, and a civil engineering structure such as fish reef, wave absorbing dyke, revetment wall, retaining wall or the like is constructed by piling up the surface. The strength of the block 1 against external force in the direction changing the rectangular frame into a rhombus can be increased by making a batten 5 slantly extended from the frame material include in the lattice.
