PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage for a rolling bearing with excellent pocket machining accuracy, suitable for an integrated cage. SOLUTION: In finish-machining a pocket 1 for accommodating a rolling element, tools 7, 8 with milling cutters 5, 8a having outlines corresponding to pocket cross-sectional form along the radial direction Z of a cage after formed, are prepared. The milling cutters 5, 8a of the tools 7, 8 are inserted in a previously provided prepared hole for the pocket 1 from the radial direction of the cage and moved parallel in the revolding direction Y and axial direction X of the cage to form the pocket 1.
