PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline low-melting glass having low glass transition point (Tg), capable of sealing, bonding and coating various materials such as electronic parts and glass parts at a low temperature and free from lead, fluorine, etc., and provide a sealing composition containing the crystalline low- melting glass, having low sealing temperature and a thermal expansion coefficient (α) adjustable to a further low level and enabling the sealing, bonding and coating of a material having low thermal expansion coefficient such as substrate for various electronic parts and display panel at a low temperature. SOLUTION: The objective crystalline low-melting glass and a sealing composition containing the crystalline low-melting glass is composed of a composition of 20-45% P2O5, 45-75% SnO, 0.5-10% WO3, 0-10% MgO, 0-10% CaO, 0-10% SrO, 0-10% BaO, 0-5% SiO2, 0-5% B2O3, 0-5% Al2O3, 0.1-5% ZrO2 and 0.1-10% Nb2O5 in terms of mol% based on the oxide.
