PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the alignment relationship of axial directional locations between a plate cylinder and a back pushing roller regardless of a lateral location regulation of a printed image in a plate cylinder type printing device. SOLUTION: A back pushing roller 160 of this plate cylinder type printing device is supported movably in the axial direction in a very small range. Then, when a frame body 32 which moves between a printing location in a machine frame 10 and a take-out location on the outside of the machine frame 10 while rotatably supporting a plate cylinder 12, is slightly moved along the central axis of the plate cylinder 12 for a lateral location regulation of a printing image at the printing location in the machine frame 10, a frame body-back pushing roller interlinking means which makes the movement to the back- pushing roller 160 in the axial direction follow the slight movement, is provided for the plate cylinder type printing device.
