PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy addition, subtraction and rearrangement of intermediate pages in a large number of paper sheets bound in a binding tool. SOLUTION: This file 10 is equipped with a cover body 14, a first binding tool 16 and a second binding tool 17, which are provided on the inner surface side of the cover body 14, and paper sheets P bound in these binding tools 16 and 17. The cover body 14 is equipped with a front cover 12 and a rear cover 13, both of which are provided closable and openable. The first and second binding tools 16 and 17 are inserted in the binding holes P1 of the paper sheets P are equipped with binding legs 21, the basic parts of which locate to the inner surface side of the cover body 14 and binding leg holding bodies 22 equipped with inserting holes 24, in which these binding legs 21 can be inserted. The first and the second binding tools 16 and 17 are provided so as to insert them in the directions opposite to each other.
