PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the ischemic change of left ventricle anterior wall, and properly indwell a esophageal stethoscope by drilling small hole on the top part of vinyl tube, passing an electrode through an esophageal stethoscope that is covered with thin film, pulling it out from the top of esophageal stethoscope and recording and/or monitoring electrocardiogram of esophagus induction. SOLUTION: Passing an electrode 3 into an esophageal stethoscope 1, an esophageal stethoscope with esophagus induction electrode is made. A small hole is drilled at the top part of vinyl tube and an electrode 3 is passed into the esophageal stethoscope 1, which is covered with thin film, and pulled out from the top part. Then checking the waveform of electrocardiogram monitored with the electrode 3, the esophageal stethoscope 1 is inserted from a mouth and is indwelled at the position that the analogous mirror waveform is confirmed. By using this method, it is possible to is indwell without too short or too long inserting, and it is possible to monitor the ischemic change of anterior and posterior wall of an irregular pulse, for z-axis, it is also possible to observe the temperature concurrently with inserting a clinical thermometer and the like in the esophageal stethoscope. |
