PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce capsulated particles each having uniform film thickness by connecting a coaxial multi-nozzle to a raw material supply tube by interposing a cylinder chamber, installing a piston in the chamber to be freely slid and making the diameter of the piston larger than the inside diameter of the raw material supply tube. SOLUTION: This production device of the capsulated particles, which is suitably used for producing medicines, foods, favorite foods, bath agents, or the like, is provided with the coaxial multi-nozzle 1, the raw material supply tube 5 for supplying a liquid containing particles to be capsulated to the nozzle 1, the chamber 6 interposed between the nozzle 1 and the tube 5 and the piston 7 installed in the chamber 6 to be freely slid. The diameter of the piston 7 is made larger than the inside diameter of the tube 5 in order to impart the vibration to the liquid efficiently. When the capsulated particles are produced, while the vibration is imparted to the liquid supplied from the tube 5 by vibrating the piston 7 in the axial direction, the liquid is discharged from the nozzle 1 under such a condition that the liquid-expelled volume becomes 50-1,000%. |
