PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a concrete form which produces a less pockmarked concrete product with excellent surface smoothness in a short time and also shows working and diversion properties, and a method for manufacturing the sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet for a concrete form is a laminate comprises a filter layer made of a porous resin film and a water-permeable layer of a fiber- reinforced plastic sheet with continuous cells. The permeable amount of nitrogen gas in the thickness direction of the laminate is 6×1011 ml/m2.24 hr.atm or more and the bending rigidity is 15 gf.cm2/cm or more. In addition, the tensile strength of the laminate is 9 kgf/cm or more.
