PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner having a switch capable of being arranged without deteriorating the external appearance with a simple structure and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A circuit pattern printed, backed, and plated with a conductive paste and having multiple pairs of electrodes is provided on one face of a flexible thin film synthetic resin board to form a circuit section 24. Terminals applied with printing, baking, and plating and conducted to the electrodes to be soldered with lead wires are arranged on a terminal section 26 protruded into a tongue piece shape at one end of the circuit section 24. A display section displaying the content of the driven state of a motor-driven fan is disposed on the expansion side of an embossed section 31 provided on a flexible film, and a conduction section short-circuiting the electrodes is printed on the inner face side to form a tablet 17. The circuit section 24 and tablet 17 are connected via the bendable terminal section 26 to form a switch board 15. The terminal section 26 is inserted into the wire insertion hole of a local operation section, and the tablet 17 and the adhesive layer 41 of a circuit board 16 are fitted in the fitting recess of the local operation section. The terminal section 26 is hidden, and alignment is facilitated.
