PURPOSE: An improved device of a starting for a constant-mesh type transmission is provided to well mesh a main shaft with 1 gear and R gear of a counter shaft and to remove the noise due to the gear-mesh. CONSTITUTION: An improved device of a starting for a constant-mesh type transmission comprises: a release fork(51) to be worked by a clutch pedal; a brake pad(53) to be equipped on the tip of the release fork; a brake drum(57) to be equipped on a clutch shaft(55) in order to be contacted with the brake pad and to catch a clutch shaft(55) when the release fork is worked by the clutch pedal over a full stroke.
