摘要 PURPOSE: An integratively formed crankshaft sprocket structure is provided to improve the efficiency due to light weight of the product by enabling compact design and simplify process in assembling by reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: An integratively formed crankshaft sprocket structure includes a crankshaft sprocket(10) integratively and sinteredly formed with a special washer(20) and a spring pin supporting bolt axial force and securing seat when rotating the crankshaft sprocket in chamfering forming structure with maintaining the external appearance of the crankshaft sprocket, and a damper pulley(40) related to a spring pin for reducing the number of parts.
