PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing outsole of shoes is provided to simplify the process of manufacturing the outsole by using only one mold, thus considerably saving the cost of production thereof. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing outsole of shoes comprises the steps of: skiving a thick semi-foamed hypalon sponge into the thin semi-foamed hypalon sponge; applying an adhesive to the outer side of the thin semi-foamed hypalon sponge, and then drying it; cutting an outsole sheet into a desired out ole(4); disposing the outsole and a middle-sole(5) into a concave-convex pattern recess(6') of a female type mold(6) in turn, and then covering a male type mold(7); and foaming the outsole and the middle-sole at the same time by using a heating press method.
