PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sample for analyzing metallic components of a stripper is provided to remove the polymer components of the sample not to interrupt the spectrum of the metallic components, thereby detecting the minimum metallic components of the sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sample for analyzing metallic components of a stripper includes the steps of sampling a regular amount of sample in the chemical solution(S110), drying the sampled sample by using a heating device(S120), mixing a first chemical for decomposing polymer components of the dried sample, mixing a second chemical for oxidizing the polymer components of the sample mixed with the first chemical, mixing a third chemical for collecting metallic components dispersed in the sample mixed with the second chemical, and comparing the sample mixed with the third chemical with a valuation basis.
