PURPOSE: A dialing device using an automatic computer is provided to prevent an accident due to a telephone call during a driving by automatically dialing to the preliminarily set telephone number and transmitting a message by one touch. CONSTITUTION: A setting part(320) sets a telephone number of a receiving part to be dialed and a message to be transmitted to the receiving part by using a telephone function incorporated in an automatic computer. A storing part(330) stores the telephone number of the receiving part and the message to be the receiving part set in the setting part(320). A connecting part(350) interfaces the dialing signal and the message with a communication terminal connected with the automatic computer. An output part(340) outputs the telephone number of the receiving part and the message to be the receiving part set in the setting part(320) for confirmation. A control part(310) stores the telephone number of the receiving part, dials to the telephone number of the receiving part and transmits the message to the receiving part.
