PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dental curable composition capable of proceeding a work without wearing or taking off gloves during an examination and treatment by improving the tackiness of the material to the gloves on handling a temporary repairing resin or a backing material for an artificial tooth in the dental examination and treatment. SOLUTION: This dental curable composition consisting of a methacrylic acid ester monomer, a filler powdery material and a polymerization catalyst contains 1-30 pt.wt. plant oil based on 100 pts.wt. methacrylic acid ester monomer. Since a putty state paste before its curing does not stick to plastic gloves or latex gloves, the composition is excellent in clinical operation property as compared with the conventional one and there is no damage to the gloves.
