PURPOSE: An apparatus for making a porous pipe for a communication line is provided to reduce an overall cost by making a porous pipe so as to include a plurality of small-sized pipes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making a porous pipe for a communication line comprises a leading-in unit(100) in which a plurality of small-sized pipes tied are inserted. A melt resin supplying unit(200) is located at an outer part of the leading-in unit(100), and supplies melt plastics to an outer surface of the tied small-sized pipes. An external pipe shaping unit(300) is located at a next stage of the melt resin supplying unit(200), and shapes the covered melt resin so as to have a shape of an external pipe. A cooling unit(400) is disposed at a nest stage of the external pipe shaping unit(300), and cools the shaped external pipe. A drawing unit is disposed at a nest stage of the cooling unit, and draws the united small-sized pipes as a porous pipe which is inserted in the external pipe(10).
