PURPOSE: A water supply apparatus is provided to flow out water at regular quantity regardless of water pressure by regulating the materials of an elastic member (20), the shape, the size and the number of a groove (24), the size of a hole (26) formed on an elastic member (26) etc. CONSTITUTION: A water supply apparatus comprises a cylinder member (10) and an elastic member (20), wherein one side of a cylinder member (10) is opened to be able to connect to a water supplier such as a tap of waterworks and a close face (12) is formed on the other side of a cylinder member (10) and a hole (12A) is formed on the center of a close face (12) to flow out water. An elastic member (20) has the shape of a cylinder which has a smaller diameter than the inside diameter of a cylinder member (10) and comprises four grooves (24) formed crosswise to be able to connect to a hole (12A) of a cylinder member (10), a projection (22) extended lengthwise and contacted with the inner surface of a cylinder member (20), a hole (26) smaller than a hole (12A) of a cylinder member (10) formed on the center and connected to a hole (12A) of a cylinder member (10).
