PURPOSE: A device for driving a video input unit of a video door phone is provided to 3-dimensionally drive the video input unit of the video door phone, to remove a blink spot while video-shooting, so as to increase an apparatus capacity and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A video input unit(11) installed in a case makes a follower coupled on the center toward to a back direction. A rotating plate(17) forms a slide ball(17C) where the follower is slidden. A cam has cam grooves(16A) that are cam-contacted with a back end of the follower, which is pierced through the slide ball(17C). A rotating driver rotates the rotating plate(17). The rotating driver is composed of a motor and many gears for transporting a rotation force of the motor to the rotating plate(17).
