PURPOSE: A method for forming barrier rib and fluorescent material of PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to control the damage of barrier rib when forming barrier rib, and to prevent the wrong discharge by spreading fluorescent material between cells uniformly. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming barrier rib and fluorescent material of PDP(Plasma Display Panel) comprises the steps; spreading a white back layer(22) on a rear surface substrate(20) in which electrode(21) is formed; adhering a DFR(Dry Film Resist) including fluorescent material powder to the white back layer(22), exposing the DFR using a photo mask and forming the DFR patterns(F1,F2,F3); deciding the region forming barrier rib between the DFR patterns(F1,F2,F3); filling a barrier rib material(24) between the DFR patterns(F1,F2,F3); and heat processing the DFR patterns and the barrier rib material(24) and forming the barrier rib and the fluorescent material consisting of the DFR patterns(F1,F2,F3). |
