PURPOSE: A repair control circuit is provided to reduce a driving current by disabling a main sense amplifier without using a used fuse, and to reduce a fuse cutting time and a chip size. CONSTITUTION: A column coding control part(10) outputs a column coding signal(RECOL), and a block repair control part(20) outputs a block repair signal(RB). An input/output repair control part(30-1)-(30-4) receives the column coding signal(RECOL) and the block repair signal(RB) to output main sense amplifier disable signals(MSADIS0-MSADIS3), repair input/output control signals(RIO0-RIO3), input/output enable signals(IOEN0-IOEN3), and repair sense amplifier enable signals(RSAEN0-RSAEN3). A main sense amplifier part(40-1)-(40-4) is enabled by the main sense amplifier disable signals(MSADIS0-MSADIS3), and receives and amplifies data from a data bus. A repair input/output control signal mixing part(80) combines the repair input/output control signals(RIO0-RIO3) from the input/output repair control part(30-1)-(30-4). A repair sense amplifier enable signal mixing part(90) combines the repair sense amplifier enable signals(RSAEN0-RSAEN3) from the input/output repair control part(30-1)-(30-4). A repair sense amplifier part(50) is controlled by an output of the mixing part(90) and the sense amplifier enable signal(SAEN), and receives and amplifies repaired data from the data bus. Multiplexors(60-1)-(60-4) selectively output data signals from the main sense amplifier part(40) and the repair sense amplifier part(50) in response to input/output enable signals(IOEN0-IOEN3).
