PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an oil pan of a vehicle is provided to improve the shock-proof characteristic and to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof by accommodating a reinforcement plate with using aluminum as a material of the oil pan. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement plate(13) is positioned at one side of a molding section(16) of an upper mold(10). A pincette(14) is installed at a lower portion of the reinforcement plate(13) such that the pincette(14) can support the reinforcement plate(13). An actuator(15) having a piston(19) is positioned at a side of a lower mold(11). After assembling the upper mold(10) with the lower mold(11), aluminum pour is injected into the mold. After two seconds lapse, the pincette(14) is separated from the reinforcement plate(13). At the same time, aluminum pour is pressed by means of the piston(19) of the actuator(15). Then, after aluminum pour is hardened, the pincette(14) and the piston(19) of the actuator(15) are separated from each other. Then, the upper mold(10) is released from the lower mold(11) so that an oil pan is withdrawn from the mold.
