PURPOSE: A magnet assembly structure is provided to maintain the stability and reliability of driving shaft and compressor, while reducing the size of motor and allowing the magnet to be easily assembled. CONSTITUTION: A driving motor includes a stator fixed in an axial direction at the inner periphery of a closed container, and a rotor arranged to have a predetermined air gap from the inner periphery of the stator, and coupled, in an axial direction, to a driving shaft having impellers arranged at both ends of the driving shaft so as to compress a fluid in a centrifugal manner. The rotor is constituted by a magnet(120) assembly where a plurality of magnets having different polarities are alternately fixed in a circumferential direction between first and second driving shafts(210,220).
