PURPOSE: A distance between loads in an axis controller fixes a moving frame to a chassis, thereby making easy the use and the operation thereof. CONSTITUTION: The chassis(110) disposed parallel on both sides and mounted with a container on the upper portion thereof has a couple of fixing grooves(112, 112a) front and rear facingly formed and horizontally passed through in the each proper rear area thereof. The moving frame(120) is vertically movably disposed on the lower portion of the chassis(110). The rotating axis(130) is rotatably disposed in the proper area to the direction of the length of the moving frame(120). The fixing flap(145) disposed on both sides of the proper area of the rotating axis(130) fixes or releases the moving frame(120) to the chassis(110) by engaging with or separating from the fixing grooves(112, 112a). The connecting member(155) is disposed on and fixed to one end of the rotating axis(130) to the side. The lever(160) connected with the connecting member(155) rotates the rotating axis(130). The restoring spring(165) supported by the one side of the moving frame(120) restores the rotating axis(130). The maintaining member keeps a rotating state. The releasing member releases the rotation maintaining member of the rotating axis(130).
