PURPOSE: A safe hat for a baby is provided which can protect heat of baby from impact by using porosity materials and offer baby interest by adding an insertion connection means. CONSTITUTION: The safe hat contains i) an outer cover of hat of porosity material absorbing impact; ii) an inner cover of hat that is connected with the inside of the outer cover and have convex part to absorb impact at a fixed distance; iii) an insertion hole that is installed at space of the convex part to be through the outer cover of hat and the inner cover of hat at the same time; iv) an insertion block of number-shaped or letter-shaped that is connected with the insertion hole; and then v) a chin hanger that is connected with the outer cover of hat in a body to fix the outer cover of hat to the chin of baby.
