PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent waste feeding and waste driving by moving a sufficient amount of sheet type staples. SOLUTION: This stapler is devised to sequentially deliver sheet type staples (a) with the sheet type staple (a) on the top stage first to a feeding passage continuously provided on a cartridge 2 accumulating and storing the sheet type staples (a) in multiple stages, sequentially forming them in portal with a staple material on a head end part of the sheet type staples (a) first on a driving part 3 provided on a head end of the feeding passage, making the formed staples pass through a filing material 9 by driving them by a driver plate and bending leg parts of the passed through staples by a movable clincher 1. In this case, a feeding click 13 to be diagonally engaged with an exposed surface of the sheet type staple (a) on the top stage is provided free to move in the feeding direction of the sheet type staples (a), and the feeding click 13 is interlocked with movement of a driving means of the driver plate.
