PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a connecting rod for a vehicle is provided to improve an operation efficiency and to reduce manufacturing costs by enhancing a process working for separating a connecting rod and a cap. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a connecting rod for a vehicle includes the steps of applying a machining process to a connecting rod(50), removing burr of the connecting rod and grinding the surface of the connecting rod and making a coupling hole and an oil hole, broaching a small-sized end(52) and a large-sized end(54) of the connecting rod, forming a notch at the center of a bore of the large-sized end and separating the connecting rod and a cap by cutting the notch part, bonding and assembling the cut surface without any process, and finishing the bore of the small-sized end and the large-sized end of the connecting rod.
