PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling a gain in a system using an RF(Radio Frequency) circuit is provided to prevent the characteristic of a gain by regularly controlling the gain of an RF signal according to the voltage difference of an input and an output terminal. CONSTITUTION: In reducing a gain from an RF input terminal to an RF output terminal under a normal value, an input signal of the second detecting unit(8) is smaller than an input signal of the first detecting unit(3). And an output of a differential amplifying unit(9) is a positive potential. The gain is normalized by reducing an attenuating value of a pin attenuating block(4) according to the positive voltage.
