PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of a paper disposal bag which is convenient in use, easy to produce, and low in cost and a form frame therefor. SOLUTION: A paper disposal bag is flat when folded in two, and comprises both side-faces 11, both end-faces 12, a bottom face 13, bandlike portions 17 and 18, and so on. The common portions 14 of the faces 12 and 13 are cut out, while leaving central plates 15. By unfolding the bag, newspapers S can be stacked therein. At the time, by using it in such a manner that a foldable form-frame is unfolded and inserted into the bag, the newspapers S can be put therein more conveniently. The paper disposal bag is easy to produce and low in cost since its structure is obtained by cutting out part of an ordinary bag of the simplest shape in which three edges are joined together. Also, it can be set easily together with the form frame and, therefore, the bag is convenient in use.
