PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device of compact structure which can be lifted to a high position by a small manual force by applying a large spring force with large stroke. SOLUTION: In this bicycle parking device 1b in which a second channel member 20 is stored in a first channel member 10 installed at a higher position than a floor level D movably in the longitudinal direction, and the second channel member 20 is turned in an inclined manner to the position where a bicycle A can be moved in when the second channel member 20 is pulled out and its tip part reaches a rear end part of the first channel member 10, a gas spring 50 is mounted along a lower side of the first channel member 10 to apply the spring force of the gas spring 50 to the second channel member through a cam member 40 while the second channel member 20 is turned in an inclined manner.
