<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which allow lubricating surfaces by composite plating to remain only on the peripheries of the arbor of spectacle hinge. SOLUTION: The arbor part of a one-barrel hinge is installed to the inner side or the arbor part of a two-barrel hinge of the spectacle hinge subjected to composite plating on its surface by using a lubricant and while the peripheral part of the arbor is tightly adhered by exerting a pressure parallel with the arbor thereto from an outer side, the spectacle hinge is subjected to chemical treatment work by a peeling material or mechanical polishing work by a barrel.</p> |
