PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilating device, optimum for realizing the simple exchanging method of the same. SOLUTION: A ventilating device is provided with a ventilating device main body 4, an auxiliary frame 7 and a decorative grille 5. The indoor side of the ventilating device main body 4, which is along the ceiling structure 1 of a building, is opened as a suction port 3 and the rim of the suction port 3 is provided with an outwardly projected mounting flange 9 while a fan 8 is incorporated into the main body 4. The auxiliary frame 7 is provided with an outward flange 13, mounted on the opening unit 12, provided so as to be opened in the ceiling structure 1 and is abutted against the rim of the opening unit 12, and an inward flange 14, against which the mounting flange 9 of the ventilating device main body 4 is abutted. The ventilatable decorative grille 5 covers the suction port 3 of the ventilating device main body 4, having a projected surface area larger than the surface area of the opening unit 12 and the projected surface area of the auxiliary frame 7, including the opening unit 12 and the auxiliary frame 7 at the indoor side of the ceiling structure 1. |
