PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally engaged a connector even with a slight error in a casing connecting direction in a device having the connector engaged upon connection of a casing. SOLUTION: This connector device comprises: first and second casings 10, 12 connected to each other; a male connector 14 incorporated in the first casing 10; a lever 26 turnably fixed to the second casing 12; and a female connector 18 turnably fixed to the lever 26. The male connector 14 is incorporated in such a manner that the engaging direction Q with the female connector 18 is perpendicular to the connecting direction P of the casings 10, 12, and further, is provided with a female connector guiding surface 24 extending in an engaging direction of the female connector 18 from the engaging port. The lever 26 is fixed to the second casing 12 in such a manner as to turn in an engaging direction with the male connector 14 along the guiding surface 24 while pressing the female connector 18 against the guiding surface 24 with application of a force in a direction of connecting the casings 10, 12 to each other. The lever 26 is set to a length such that the connection between the connectors 14, 18 is completed upon completion of the connection between the casings 10, 12.
