PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-function switch device capable of easily finding equipment of a specific section to be operated among equipment of each section of a vehicle and simply and securely selecting and operating a desired switch function corresponding to the equipment of the specific section among various switch functions. SOLUTION: This multi-function switch device is provided with a dial switch 7 selecting one of various switch modes in accordance with predetermined selection operation, an LCD device 3 which displays a mode screen which corresponds to the switch mode selected by the dial switch 7 and consists of selection screens of a plurality of divisions and displays an operation condition per each selection screen of the mode screen, and a clear key part 6 consisting of a plurality of key tops 5 which is arranged on an upper face side of the LCD device 3, penetrates and displays the mode screen displayed by the LCD device 3, is provided by corresponding to the selection screens of a plurality of divisions, and enables function selection in each mode by each separate pressing operation.
