PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a manufacturing line having high flexibility and high productivity. SOLUTION: The equipment for manufacturing a heat mode type optical information recording medium having a dye recording layer capable of recording information on a substrate by irradiation with a laser beam is provided with molding devices 12A and 12B for molding the substrate, an applying device 14 for applying a dye solution on the substrate for forming the dye recording layer on the substrate, a post processing device 16 including a process for forming an optical reflection layer on the dye recording layer, an aging- processing device 18 for carrying out an aging process to the substrate and a solution adjusting device 20 for reusing the dye solution recovered in the applying device 14 as the dye solution. And, the molding devices 12A and 12B, the applying device 14, the post processing device 16, the aging-processing device 18 and the solution adjusting device 20 are allowed to work independently.
