<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating connector for vehicle having excellent reliability and durability capable of preventing severance of wire and connection failure of a conductor for an air bag circuit. SOLUTION: This rotating connector on vehicle includes housings 1, 2 on a fixed side and a movable side rotatably linked, first and second flexible cables 4, 5 capable of being wound up and rewound to be housed in an annular cable housing space 3 formed between a pair of the housings, and a moving body 6 for inverting a winding direction of each of the flexible cables 4, 5. A width is provided to openings 15, 16 for passing the flexible cable formed on the moving body 6. An inverting part 4a of the first flexible cable 4 for supporting a conductor 23a for an air bag circuit is supported to an opening 15 of a large width. When the housing 2 on the movable side rotates, the flexible cable 4 for supporting the conductor 23a for the air bag circuit does not contact either of a first specific roller 12A or a first fixed cylinder 13 provided to the moving body 6. Thus stress affected to the conductor 23a for the air bag circuit is relieved and severance of wire and connection failure of the air bag circuit can be prevented.</p> |
