PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality evading method when data are stored in the flash memory. SOLUTION: When data are stored (a) are written to three flash memories #1 to #3 (S1) and SUM values (#1SUM to #3SUM) are generated, (S2); when they are all equal (S3), the writing is completed normally. When data are read out, data of #1 are read out (S5) on condition that the three SUM values are equal (S4). When not, it is considered that one of them is abnormal, and then the data of #1 is read out, for example, when #1SUM=#3SUM (S8) and written to #2 (S9).
