PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of a tracer gas through a connecting pipe in a leakage tester. SOLUTION: The leakage tester comprises a chamber 10 accommodating an inspected object M inside itself, a tracer gas providing means for providing a tracer gas, a tracer gas detecting means for detecting the amount of the tracer gas in the chamber 10, and a connecting pipe connecting the tracer gas providing means and the inspected object M in the chamber 10, where a nonmetallic connecting pipe with dual structure, which consists of an inner pipe 41 introducing the tracer gas from the tracer gas providing means to the inspected object M, and an outer pipe 42 covering the inner pipe 41 is adopted as a connecting pipe 40 placed in the chamber 10.
