PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain core internals in the reactor of a nuclear fusion device where quality in manufacturing is improved with low manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: A first wall 17 cools surface thermal load from plasma by a cooling substrate 20. The cooling substrate 20 incorporates a first wall cooling pipe 21 and cooling water is passed. The first wall 17 is mounted to a shielding structure body 18 for shielding neutrons being generated by plasma using pins, and the shielding structure body 18 incorporates a shielding structure body cooling pipe 22, and cooling water is passed.
