PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the number of all sheets to be outputs by means of a management device, to which output instruction is given and to manage information on the number of outputs even for each of image forming devices, by composing the management device so that the management device can manage information on the process status of an image forming device connected thereto, and the process status of one or more other image forming devices. SOLUTION: When a magnetic card 102 is inserted into a key card management device 104, the key card management device 104 transmits a user status information to a digital copying machine 100. When copying is started, count demand is transmitted to the management device 104 from the copying machine 100. In the case of connection output, the number of outputs from a master machine and the number of outputs from a slave machine are transmitted. In the connection output, the key card management device 104 stores information, that is, images read and outputted by the present machine as master machine outputs and images outputted by a connected machine as slave machine outputs. Thus, when a count is demanded from the copying machine 100, the count can be controlled, including the information on the outputs from the present machine and connected machine. |
