<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for appropriately judging forgery executed by copying an admission ticket where a two-dimensional code is overlapped on the printing part of special ink and data is printed, cutting a part where special ink is printed and sticking it on the two-dimensional code. SOLUTION: When error correction is used at the time of decoding (S310: YES), an error correct, position is calculated and the error correction position is recognized to be matched with a position designated as a forgery judgment position or not (S330). When error correction is used in a designated block (S340: YES), a ticket is judged to be a forgery (S350). Since an error is corrected in the true admission ticket owing to accidental dirt, possibility that the error is corrected in a specified forgery judgment position is considerably low. When the error is corrected in the forgery judgment position, the possibility of forgery is judged to be high. At fast, a person can recognize dirt or forgery.</p> |
