PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave absorption performance having a simple constitution by laminating a binder layer between a base and an adhesive layer, using the same material which is used in a conductive coating layer for making the binder layer and moving a part of conductive members compounded with the coating layer. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic wave shield-absorbing sheet is a laminate of a base, an adhesive layer, a binder layer and a conductive coating layer laminated in this order, conductive elements and a binder are compounded in the conductive coating layer, the binder layer uses the same material as the binder used in the paint layer, and the conductive elements are partly moved to the binder layer. The reason for the binder layer using the binder used in the coating layer is to move the conductive members smoothly and improve adhesion as a sheet. The binder uses an electromagnetic wave shielding resin composition film of a butyl acrylate based resin containing metallic powder.
