PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling and manipulation property in addition to realization of reduction in size and weight under the optimum condition for the portability. SOLUTION: A device cabinet 10 in which the printed wiring board mounting electronic devices is accommodated is formed of a metal material, and this device cabinet 10 is provided with a resin wall 30 formed of a resin material having a small specific heat. This resin wall 30 is structured to provide a power switch 105, a switch lock operator 106, air intake port 103 and air exhaust port 104.
