PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of obtaining both of magnetic shield effect and quiet sound effect by providing an actuator to execute driving at the time of operating a magnetic head and an elastic member performing the magnetic shield by covering at least one part of the periphery of the actuator. SOLUTION: Film 4 is taken up to a take-up spool 6 provided nearly in the center part in a spool chamber and driven by a motor 7 functioning as the actuator. Then, an elastic member 101 having electromagnetic shield effect is arranged on the outer surface of the motor 7 fixed in a main body by machine screws 100 and driving the spool 6 for taking up the film 4 having a magnetic recording layer. The member 101 is composed of a polymer compound having elasticity such as rubber, or resin or foaming material. Such a member 101 has property to absorb vibration in addition to the electromagnetic shield effect to perform shielding by converting electromagnetic energy into heat energy.
