PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a mounting work, to reduce the number of working processes, and to improve appearance quality even when it is mounted in an installation place where a ceiling is low in height. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner is constituted such that a unit body 104 incorporating a heat-exchanger 106 and a blower 108 is embedded in a ceiling 102 and a decoration panel 112 having an air outlet 114 and an air inlet 113 is mounted on the lower part of the unit body 104. In this case, a suspension bolt 130 hanging down from a slab 101 is formed capably of being inserted in the unit body 104 and a cooling air duct 110 at which the suspension bolt 130 is fixed by a nut 131 is situated at the bottom of the unit body 104. An opening part H is formed in the decoration panel 112 in a position corresponding to the suspension bolt 130 and a cover 150 for mounting to close the opening part H is openably or removably mounted. |
