PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability and maintainability of a system by preventing errors in setting due to an individual setting operation. SOLUTION: In this monitoring control system, a monitoring control device 101 and a monitoring control device 102 which monitor and control the system as a whole, and a plurality of dispersion control devices 103, 104 which are installed at devices to be monitored and controlled, are connected via a transmission system 105. The monitoring control devices are provided with a means, in which setting information on the monitoring control devices and the dispersion control devices, is installed as a database, and in which the setting information is controlled centrally by the monitoring control devices.
