<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide required health condition information and further to perform a health condition check by easily asking health without caring of the other person. SOLUTION: A mental health information provider server 11 is provided with a client file 11 describing client addresses showing clients and a central processing unit(CPU) 15 periodically reads the health condition information out of a mental health information data base 16 and defines the health condition information as transmission data corresponding to the client file. These transmission data are applied through a communication network 12 to terminal equipment 14 by network communication equipment 19. The mental health information provider server is provided with a home page publishing information detailed rather than the health condition information as home page information and in response to home page access from the terminal equipment, the CPU applies the home page information to the terminal equipment. Then, questions related to health are published on the home page and when the client answers the question from the terminal equipment, corresponding to this answer, the CPU generates a reply showing the health condition of the terminal user.</p> |
