PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector built-in type noise filter capable of easily inserting from an insertion mouth of a metal cylinder formed on a male connector and securely connecting with a grounding electrode, and provide a manufacturing method thereof for mass-production. SOLUTION: A substrate 1 of this connector built-in type noise filter 10 is formed of radio absorptive material having predetermined elasticity. A proximity of an outer circumference part of the substrate 1 is retracted to an insertion direction so as to have a predetermined shape, and an external size of the noise filter 10 when the substrate is retracted is made a little larger than an internal size of a metal cylinder 21 for forming a grounding electrode of a male connector 20 for mounting the noise filter.
