PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize operation of an operational amplifier in the S/H(sample and hold) circuit. SOLUTION: In a state of sampling in the S/H circuit, such a circuit configuration that the voltages VIN-VRM, VRM-VIN each are applied to, for example, two input capacitors Ci1, Ci2, respectively, is adopted. Thus, in a holding state, VIN components of the input voltages off-set each other, so that the input terminal voltages INM, INP of the operational amplifier are independent of the input voltage VIN.
