The invention concerns an intraocular implant comprising an optical part having a front diopter (24) and a rear diopter (26) and at least a haptic element (12, 14), each haptic element having a zone for connection to the optical part periphery. The optical part further comprises, outside the connection zones, a lateral cylindrical surface with diameter D1 connected to the rear diopter of the optical part. The rear diopter (26) is limited by a circle of diameter D1. In each connection zone, the implant comprises a radial extension (30) with a front surface (30a), a rear surface (30b) and a lateral surface (30c) arranged substantially on an adjusted surface of diameter D2 (D2 > D1) and having a length h' along the direction of the axis substantially equal to h. The rear surface (30b) of each extension is arranged on the spherical cap which contains the rear diopter. Each haptic element (12, 14) is connected to the optical part (10) by the front surface (30a) of the corresponding extension, outside the front diopter (24). |
